Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, is an ideal year-round destination with temperatures generally hovering in the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit. And while Nassau has a past filled with pirating lore, relaxed beachfront all-inclusive Bahamas resorts dominate its present. Here are our picks for the five best all-inclusive resorts in Nassau (and one almost-all-inclusive).
Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort and Offshore Island (Nassau, Bahamas)
Ranked by TripAdvisor as the #1 hotel in Nassau overall, the five-star, all-inclusive Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort and Offshore Island is located right on Cable Beach and only five miles from Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS). The winner of a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, the resort has its own private offshore island with two cove beaches, hammocks, a pool with a swim-up bar, the Red Lane Spa, and the Stew Fish restaurant with fire-pit seating areas. Access the island via the resort’s boat or take a kayak or sailboat to its shores.
Guests can also snorkel, windsurf, and paddleboard, with complimentary lessons for all water sports. Unlimited scuba diving is included, too. If you want to stay dry, there’s tennis, billiards, volleyball, and bocce.
Prices start at $328 per person, per night, and include unlimited meals and drinks at any of 10 restaurants and eight bars.

Breezes Resort & Spa Bahamas (Nassau, Bahamas)
The Breezes Resort & Spa Bahamas is located on Cable Beach, ranked in 2015 as one of the top 15 beaches in the entire Caribbean by TripAdvisor users. Unlike other area resorts, Breezes requires its guests to be ages 14 or older, giving the property a more adult atmosphere, especially at its nightclub and piano bar. Unlimited dining and drinks are available in five restaurants, including a swim-up bar at one of Breezes’ three freshwater pools. Rules state that no tipping is allowed, so it truly is all-inclusive.
A mere 10 minutes from Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS), Breezes Resort & Spa Bahamas makes it easy to take immediate advantage of a range of water activities, such as included windsurfing lessons, sailing, and kayaking. But land lovers will also find plenty to do, including tennis with free lessons, beach volleyball, rock climbing, and a variety of treatments at Blue Mahoe Spa. Of its 391 rooms, the resort has eight Deluxe Beachfront Rooms that offer direct beach access. Regular Deluxe rooms start at $215 per person, per night, based on double occupancy.
