The Lazy Lizard

There’s nothing more relaxing than hanging out in the sun and sand all day sipping a pina colada, listening to some chill reggae music and watching the fish swim around you. That’s exactly what you get when you stop by The Lazy Lizard. You’ll find The Lazy Lizard bar right at the split (the beach). It’s all open air — no walls, no floors — and is perched right over the water. Ask anyone — this is one bar you don’t want to miss during your vacation.

II Bar

This local watering hole has been described as a “playground for adults.” One section of the bar features swings hanging from the ceiling, and a hanging rope bridge takes you to the neighboring section. Head upstairs to enjoy an open-air area with a thatched roof, hammocks, and some picnic tables that offer nice views across the island and out onto the water. While hanging out at II Bar, give the local Belikin beer a try or ask for a cocktail made with the local rum. You won’t regret it!

Barrier Reef Sports Bar

If you’re more of a sports bar kind of person, you’ll feel right at home at Barrier Reef. The walls are decked out in sports memorabilia and there are plenty of TVs to go around. Patrons enjoy the happy hour deals, and the chicken wings are probably the best you’ll find on the island. And for those of you who are missing your favorite game night, Barrier Reef hosts a trivia night three days a week! It’s a fun place to hang out, for sure.
