Carnival introduces new eight-night southern Caribbean itinerary

Want to make a pilgrimage to see a bunch of saints? Would your answer change if I told you the names of the saints were Lucia, Kitts, and Maarten?

If you’re along for the ride, Carnival will take you there. In January 2007, the cruise line will introduce a new eight-night southern Caribbean itinerary for the Carnival Legend. The ship will call in St. Kitts and St. Lucia—the first time Carnival has called at these islands in over 10 years—as well as St. Maarten. The old southern Caribbean itinerary featuring St. Maarten, Barbados, and Martinique will remain in effect through 2006.

The Legend will homeport in Ft. Lauderdale and alternate these new southern Caribbean sailings with eight-day western Caribbean itineraries featuring Colon, Panama; Limon, Costa Rica; and Belize City, Belize. In April 2007, the ship will reposition to New York and sail eight-night Caribbean voyages from there, then head back to Ft. Lauderdale in October.

To book one of these sailings, visit Carnival’s website or call a travel agent.
