Accessing the Internet while you’re on the road can also earn you miles. Earn 1,000 Air Canada miles when you sign up for remote Internet access with Roadpost; you will also receive two Aeroplan miles for every dollar spent. You can also earn 500 miles for a weekly rental, 1,000 miles for a monthly rental, and 2,500 with any subscription to Iridium Satellite service, which provides you with satellite Internet access in remote areas where regular access is impossible. Be sure to present your Aeroplan number when ordering any of these services.
In addition, you can earn 3,000 United or Delta miles with a subscription to T-Mobile HotSpot Wi-Fi Wireless Internet service. T-Mobile HotSpots provide wireless Internet access to your laptop or PDA in public locations, such as coffee shops, bookstores, and airports.
