Whether you opt for the Pacman sliders, “Fili” cheesesteak or one of the stellar sandwiches, be sure to add an order of turon brûlée for dessert. These deep-fried banana spring rolls are addictive beyond belief.
Over in Cowtown at the Perogy Boyz truck, you can find a modern take on classic Eastern European comfort food to fill your belly. As one of Calgary’s food truck pioneers, Perogy Boyz earned its stripes slinging pierogis with creative toppings like poutine, nachos and even huevos rancheros.
