Irish Pubs

McGuire’s brew their own beer on site and have a large menu. Every summer night they host live music, but in winter they only play on the weekends. They even have Irish music! Rosie O’Grady’s was funded by Navy Pilot Bob Snow in 1967, this pub started the revitalization of the Seville quarter in downtown Pensacola. Here they have Dixieland music and cold brews. Paddy O’Leary’s is another replica Irish pub worth visiting.

Quietwater Boardwalk

The boardwalk has many places to enjoy. Here you can find casual and elegant dining, music and open air stages. After dark there is salsa dancing, margaritas and reggae.

Beach Bars

The Fish House has no cover charge, cheap drinks for the ladies and a seafood menu. Expect to be entertained by live music and DJs. In the summer this is a very popular spot. Will Call is a restaurant by day and classy nightclub by night. There’s no smoking and get there early to avoid long lines. The Flora-Bama Lounge is a historic beach bar about 20 miles southwest of Pensacola on the Florida/Alabama state line. There is a friendly local crowd with 7 bars and 4 spots for music. Bamboo Willies can be found on the boardwalk. The house band, Banana Republic, rocks music from the 60s to today. Go to dance, drink and take in the scenic bay.

Trader Jon’s

Jon was a trading partner of Captain Tony’s in Key West. This watering hole was featured on Bob Hope’s 75^th Anniversary of Naval Aviation special and on the movie An Officer and a Genlteman.
