You like Southwest—you really, really like them—and maybe this is why. A whopping 44 percent of SmarterTravel readers gave the nod to Southwest’s flight attendants and crew as being the friendliest in the business. JetBlue was a distant second, with just under 9 percent of all votes, followed by Delta at just around 8 percent.
