Smarter Travel sister site TripAdvisor is out with its latest Travelers’ Choice awards, this time acknowledging the world’s best beaches. As with TripAdvisor’s other Travelers’ Choice categories, the winners are chosen based on reviews and input from TripAdvisor users.
